Iron amino acid chelate
 
Characteristics and functions:
1.        It is a stable and high-efficiency chelate and synthesized by amino acid and soluble inorganic iron according to 2:1 or 1:1 mole ratio. It increases the biological value of amino acid by 2-3 times. Its utilization rate is 3-4 times higher than the one of inorganic iron. Generally, it replaces inorganic iron in the rate of 30-50%.
2.        It involves in the hemoglobin (hb), myoglobinI (mb) and cytochrome oxidase (COX) and promotes them to be synthesized, thus further increasing the rate of supplement iron. It can reduce the death rate of fetus, avoid iron deficiency anemia of piglet, increase survival rate of piglet, make pig s skin ruddy and improve meat quality.
3.        Its moderate stability constant is conformity with the physiological mode of digestion and absorption of animals. It is not affected by environment and has no antagonism of absorption. It can protect the performance of vitamins and medicine during the production and storage of feed.

2.        Its stability constant is moderate. Thus, it does not react with other materials, such as Lipid, Cellulose, Oxalic acid and Phosphate, etc, to become insoluble substances.
